Pre-Cooked Brats are made with our popular blend of spices and precooked and ready to finish off by browning them on a grill or skillet for a quick and delicious meal. Our Potato Sausage is based off the traditional Swedish recipe using premium lean ground pork shoulder, potatoes, onions, and seasonings that sets off a unique and delicious flavor. Fully cooked and ready to be finished off by browning in a skillet or on a grill. INGREDIENTS: Pork, Potatoes, Onions, Salt, Spices, Dextrose, monosodium glutamate, flavorings and spice extractives.  Stuffed into a pork casing ALLERGENS: None (14 oz.)

Belgian Trippe, a local cultural favorite, is a delicious blend of cooked cabbage and pork sausage, stuffed in a natural hog casing. Fully cooked and ready to be browned off in a skillet or on a grill! Our Kiszka is a pork-based sausage with a splash of beef blood mixed with our rich blend of spices and stuffed in a beef casing. MSG FREE INGREDIENTS: Pork, beef blood, water, barley grits, onions, salt, spices, citric acid (less than 1%).  Stuffed in a beef casing. ALLERGENS: None (14 oz.)
